The "Slow Safari" Philosophy: This is Chem Chem's defining feature. It encourages guests to slow down, absorb their surroundings, and truly connect with the African bush. This ethos manifests through:
- Walking Safaris: Guided walks in the private concession, offering an intimate perspective of the flora, fauna, and smaller wonders often missed on game drives. This can include "wellness walks" focused on silent observation or invigorating power walks with Maasai warriors.
- Unrushed Game Viewing: While traditional 4x4 game drives are offered, the emphasis is on quality sightings and patient observation rather than rushing between spots. Both day and night drives are available within the private concession (a perk not always allowed in national parks).
